The track took you step by step: from understanding what generative AI is, through hands-on use of Copilot for office work, all the way to building your own agent. Each session was 60 minutes live, with a demo built around a real-world scenario and a quiz on the topic.
Key concepts, the intuition behind the models, and where generative AI genuinely helps and where it gets things wrong.
Writing, analyzing, organizing information and producing first drafts, with Copilot and well-crafted prompts.
Recognizing model limitations, checking the output and protecting data: principles to put into practice right after the session.
Structuring instructions, sharpening the context, iterating on answers: from a vague request to a ready-to-use result.
Finding information, analyzing source materials, brief → outline → text: the whole craft, supported by AI.
In Copilot Studio, clicking instead of coding. Participants left the session with a working agent, ready for its first deployment.

Outside the track curriculum, AI Heroes hosted additional sessions led by guests from GitHub and Microsoft. They weren’t required for the certificate, but they were a valuable extra.

This was the broadest of the four pillars of AI Heroes, the entry point for anyone who had never used AI before or had only tried it now and then: professionals, students, teachers, public-sector staff and managers.
A digital certificate compliant with the European Digital Credentials for Learning (EDC) standard, bearing a qualified electronic seal (eIDAS). A full-fledged credential for your CV, LinkedIn profile and portfolio.
The “AI Fluency” track ended with the 2026 edition. We haven’t announced a date for the next one yet, but when it starts, we want you to be among the first to know.
