What did this track offer?

A track for people who already understood what generative AI is and wanted to move from experimentation to implementation. It combined a business perspective (how to choose good use cases) with a technical one (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot).

01 · Strategy

The right use cases

Identifying the processes where agentic AI adds real value, and the ones where it’s still too early.

02 · Copilot Studio

Your first agent

From the idea and the logic behind it to testing an agent that supports a specific process in your organization.

03 · Ready-made agents

Microsoft’s Researcher and Analyst

When to reach for Microsoft’s ready-made agents and how to bring them into your team’s everyday work.

04 · Scale

Architecture in Azure AI Foundry

AI agents across the entire organization, from architecture and deployment to oversight and further development.

05 · Engineering

Speeding up your dev team

GitHub Copilot in everyday work: writing code, refactoring, testing, code review.

06 · Frontier Firm

A clear picture of the change

Vocabulary, examples and a framework for talking with leadership about what it means today to be a company “at the AI frontier.”

Special sessions: guests beyond the tracks

Outside the track curriculum, AI Heroes hosted additional sessions led by guests from GitHub and Microsoft. They weren’t required for the certificate, but they were a valuable extra.

Especially relevant to this track:

Who was this track for?

For leaders, solution architects, product owners, developers and business analysts: anyone considering rolling out AI agents in their organization in the coming months.

  • Basic familiarity with AI or completion of Track 1 was required.
  • To practice what the sessions showed on your own, it helped to have Microsoft 365 with a Copilot license (or the other Microsoft tools used in the track). This was optional, not a requirement.
  • All sessions were held live, in Polish, with Marcin Szeliga (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional, MVP).

What did completion earn you?

A digital certificate compliant with the European Digital Credentials for Learning (EDC) standard, bearing a qualified electronic seal (eIDAS). A full-fledged credential for your CV, LinkedIn profile and portfolio.

  • The AI Agents track certificate, awarded after completing all five sessions.
